Utility Applications
Please Note: Customer utility bills are due on the 25th of each month. If not paid by the 25th, a $15 delinquency fee will be applied to the account.
Rental Accounts
Utility accounts are required to remain in the property owner's name. It will be the owner/landlord's responsibility to forward billing information to their tenants. The homeowner is responsible for any balance owed on the account.
Please inform your landlord and do NOT complete the Homeowner Application for Utilities.
Online Utility Applications
We now require the disclosure/settlement page of your closing documents when signing up for a new utility account. Please send this documentation to receptionist@saratogasprings-ut.gov

Hydrant Meter Applications
Hydrant meter applications are submitted using an online portal. This application is used for the use of hydrant meters and fire hydrants within the City of Saratoga Springs. HYDRANT METERS CAN NOT BE USED BY A RESIDENT TO FILL A SWIMMING POOL/HOT TUB. You can access this new Public Access Portal by going to https://cityworks.saratogaspringscity.com/publicaccess/template/login.aspx and clicking the “Sign Up” link to set up an account. In addition to filling out the online application, please keep in mind the following process. A $2500 deposit is required upon submittal; call 801.766.9793 x100 to pay a deposit. For usage charges, there is a base rate of $177.50 that will be charged monthly along with the usage amount. After submittal and payment of the $2500 deposit, pick up the meter at Public Works - 213 N 900 E; Saratoga Springs.
