SPLASH DAYS BOUTIQUE

The boutique will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday this year. It will take place at Neptune Park (452 W. 400 N. Saratoga Springs) Scroll down for information on specific times, registration dates and how to register for this event.

Boutique 

• Thursday, June 11, 5pm-9pm
• Friday, June 12, 5pm -9pm
• Saturday, June 13, 12pm - 4pm.

Participation in Thursday of the boutique is optional but Friday & Saturday are required. The price is the same whether a vendor is there all 3 days or just Friday/Saturday. 

**This is a market to sell crafts, clothing, jewelry, and other family-friendly products. Only vendors that are selling products on-site will be accepted as vendors for the boutique. Only prepackaged food items may be sold and this will be limited to items not sold by the food trucks or carnival. 

Our food vendors are contracted through The Food Truck League. Please contact them directly if you are interested in being a food vendor at any event.

• March 13 Applications open
• April 17 Acceptance/decline notifications will begin to be emailed
• May 1 Applications closed
• May 15 Booth fees due (payment to be made online) 
• May 15 Cancellation deadline for full refund
• May 22 Detailed information will begin to be emailed
• June 11 Boutique Vendor check-in/set-up 1pm

 Application process

• Applications will open March 13, 2026. 

• Applicants will receive an email. Confirmation or decline will be sent beginning April 17. In your acceptance notification, you will receive instructions on how to pay your fee online.
  • Fee form will be titled 2026 Accepted Saratoga Splash Boutique Vendor (WITH/WITHOUT ELECTRICITY).
• Additional detailed check in and set up information will be sent by June 4.

Booth Fees 

• Splash Boutique Vendor 10 x 10 space $75, 10 x 20 space $150, to be paid upon receipt of acceptance email.
• Electricity available for additional $30 fee.

Refund Schedule

• Before May 15, 5pm, 100%
• After May 15, 5pm, no refund

Other activities during the Splash Boutique

• June 11: Picnic in the park, carnival, activities, outdoor movie and Food Trucks, 
• June 12: Entertainment, Free Concert, Carnival, Drone Show and Food Trucks 
• June 14: Carnival, Food Trucks, Onstage Entertainment, and Car Show.
