The Library Board will receive monthly updates regarding library services, including the budget, programming and events of the library.

Regular Meetings
The Library Board holds regular meetings the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Conference Room. On occasion, the Library Board holds additional meetings at various times and locations.

Planning and Policy Manual
This document includes the mission, vision statement, long range plan, technology plan, bylaws of the Saratoga Springs Public Library Advisory Board, and policies which govern Library operations. Due to the length of this document the policies have pulled out below.
Authority: Establishes the authority for the City Council and Library Advisory board to establish Policies for the Library's operation.
Definitions: Defines terms used throughout the planning and policy manual.
Long Range Plan: Establishes the Library's long range plan as required by the Utah State Library.
Technology Plan: Establishes the Library's technology plan as required by the Utah State Library.
Bylaws of the Saratoga Springs Public Library Advisory Board: Governs the operations of the Saratoga Springs Public Library Advisory Board.
